This original artwork is by Karolina Pawlowska, better known as Cup of Layna, who left an indelible mark on the Isle of Man's artistic landscape before returning to Warsaw. Her legacy lives on through her numerous public murals across the island, including the vibrant florals at the flower shop in Ramsey, her work at Port St Mary Town Hall, and her heartwarming contribution to the Children's Ward at Noble's Hospital.

Though Karolina has returned to Poland, her artistic influence remains a significant part of the island's contemporary art scene. Her distinctive style, which brought colour and creativity to many public spaces, made her one of the island's most talked-about artists during her time here.

This piece, available at Pink Seaweed Gallery on Parliament Street in Ramsey, represents an opportunity to own work by an artist who helped shape the visual character of the Isle of Man through her public art installations.
